  • Unlimited Free Revisions are provided as long as the original design concept and scope remain unchanged
  • Each revision request will be fulfilled within 48 business hours.

3. Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

  • A. General Refund Conditions
  • A full refund (less 10% service fees) may be granted if requested before delivery of the initial concept
  • 66% refund if requested within 48 hours of delivery.
  • 33% refund if requested within 48–120 hours.
  • No refund after 120 hours or after final file delivery.
